Marquez received a fine for the Argentenian GP
A late braking manoeuvre by Marc Marquez into the first corner following the start-finish straight at the start of lap two attempted to pass Pramac Ducati rider Jorge Martin. Martin, on the other hand, took a closer line, making it impossible for Marquez to stop his bike in time. As a result, he clipped Martin’s leg, eliminating both himself and third-place finisher Miguel Oliveira from the race. Marc Marquez will receive a double long-lap penalty at the upcoming Argentinian GP as punishment for this incident.
