The new low-cost smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC, which has up to 128GB of internal storage and a maximum RAM of 6GB. Up to 6GB more memory is available with Samsung’s RAM Plus feature. Running Android 13, the Galaxy A05 is the follow-up to the Galaxy A04 from the previous year.
